  • Game two will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one. Right-hander Charlie Morton (0-1, 3.60 ERA) will face righty Jhoulys Chacin (0-1, 4.80 ERA).

DH Notes:

  • The Pirates and Rockies have played one doubleheader in their head-to-head history and it came at Coors Field on May 13, 2004. The Bucs played one DH at PNC Park last season and split the games with Milwaukee on September 22. Pittsburgh’s last doubleheader sweep at PNC Park came against Cincinnati on September 28, 2007 and the last time the Pirates were swept in a DH at home came against Houston on July 19, 2005.
  • There has now been a total of 33 postponed games during the 12 years of play at PNC Park, 30 by weather and three caused by the September 11 terrorist attacks in 2001. There were three postponed games here last season (4/12 vs. Milwaukee, 4/22 vs. Washington and 5/12 vs. Los Angeles).  A total of 11 games during the month of April have been postponed (the most of any month).
