(Video) Luis Heredia Throwing Live BP

Luis Heredia and Stetson Allie were throwing live batting practice this morning at Pirate City. Unfortunately, they were both throwing at the same time. The end result was that I only got a small amount of footage for each player. The Allie video will be uploaded later, but here is the Heredia video. A bit wild, but he has the makings of some nice breaking stuff. Remember, he’s only 17 years old.

    In Rookie ball , Luis was getting a lot ground ball outs.

    He might be on a 60 to 70 inning pace in lower minors this year.

    Thanks for the video clips !  I guess the pitcher’s screen is there to protect the coach, cause the placement of it ain’t doin nothin to protect the pitcher.
